West End Cottage renovation for a forever home

Full redesign of this West End cottage was challenging due to strict council restrictions but by excavating the architects (Placemate Architects) were able to create the additional rooms that the owner wanted for their forever home completely transforming this family cottage. The Savvy Squire Mooloolaba by Cayas Architects

Cayas Architects provided Architecture and Interior Design services for the refurbishment of Mooloolaba’s iconic Wharf Tavern into the latest James Squire branded pub venue - The Savvy Squire. This incredibly popular new Sunshine Coast venue features two bars, a restaurant, beer hall, sports bar, function rooms and beer garden. All with a fabulous view over the Mooloolaba boat harbour. The colour and textural palette of the Squires brand form the basis of the design, with locally specific variants shining through such as the use of rope, brass and nautical light features to connect the venue with its surrounds.

This modern architectural design home is located in Paddington, Brisbane. This property was so much fun to shoot field with light and amazing design features.

Historical Property for Sale in New Farm

This historic New Farm property has been styled by Showhomes ready for sale. This is such a beautiful home right in the heart of New Farm. I was lucky enough to photograph this property once the styling was completed. Again amazing job from ShowHomes. Moo Moo Restaurant Photography

I had the opportunity to shoot the historical Post Office building that undergo renovation in 2009 and open its door in 2010 as Moo Moo Restaurant. Moo Moo won multiple awards as best Steak Restaurant. This building retains its heritage while mixing modern elements.
